The Clubhouse is a magnificent 18th century Grade II listed town house built in a classical Palladian style. It has a superb facade onto St James's Square with its 13 original sash windows showing off the building to great effect. Throughout its history this house has adopted various guises, from prestigious family home (The Astors), to military headquarters (The Free French) and even a High Court.

Coming from Piccadilly Circus direction: buses 3, 6,12, 13, 88 & 23 go down Haymarket. Get off in Haymarket or Pall Mall and walk through to St James's Sq. By underground: The nearest stations are Piccadilly Circus (Piccadilly and Bakerloo lines) and Green Park (Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria lines). Check for possible engineering works.
